This Refund Policy applies to subscription fees paid for the Eekaam e-commerce platform. We want you to be satisfied with our Services, and we offer refunds under the conditions described below.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
- Your Store will remain accessible in read-only mode for 30 days after the subscription ends, allowing you to export your data.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 14 days of first subscription: If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Platform, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
- Service outage: If the Platform experiences extended downtime (more than 48 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a prorated refund.
- Duplicate charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the 14-day trial period (partial-month refunds are not provided).
- Custom development or consulting services.
- Domain registration fees (if applicable).
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at billing@eekaam.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
- Include your subscription ID or transaction reference (available in your billing history).
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method via Paddle. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. The updated policy applies to purchases made after the effective date.
